Single-use, EO-sterile endoscopic injection needle for gastrointestinal submucosal injection. PURETH disposable endoscopic injection needles are used through an endoscope to deliver saline or a submucosal lifting solution into the gastrointestinal submucosa, raising the lesion away from the muscle layer before EMR or ESD and supporting sclerotherapy and other submucosal injections. The device is purely for fluid delivery and uses no electrosurgical current.
A retractable hidden-needle design keeps the metal needle sheathed during passage through the working channel and extends it only at the target, with clear handle guidance for accurate control of the 4mm needle length. The catheter uses high-lubrication, high-toughness PTFE for smooth atraumatic passage and strong push transmission, and the smooth three-bevel (tri-bevel) tip punctures easily with reduced trauma and resists sticking. Four standard models cover gastroscopy, ultrafine gastroscopy, general GI endoscopy and colonoscopy in 23G and 25G.

What is the difference between 23G and 25G, and what is the tri-bevel tip?
23G has a larger bore for higher flow and more viscous lifting solutions; 25G is finer and pairs with the 1.8mm sheath for ultrafine endoscopes. The three-bevel (tri-bevel) tip punctures smoothly with less force, reducing puncture trauma, and the polished tip helps the solution flow without the needle sticking.
